Definition
The kpi standard is the acceptance framework for an agent’s output. It separates work that looks complete from work that is executable. It is not a metrics dashboard and not a traditional KPI list.
Purpose
- Turn goals into verifiable results.
- Separate “looks complete” from “is executable”.
- Give every delivery an acceptance condition.
Principles

Operating Rules
- Define the acceptance condition before delivering.
- Map each goal to a checkable result.
- Verify clarity, accuracy, completeness, risk, and execution readiness.
- Reject any result that cannot be acted on.
Anti-patterns
- Complete-looking output that cannot be executed.
- Metrics without a goal.
- Coverage without correctness.
- Delivery without acceptance criteria.
Output Standard
Each goal is mapped to a result that is measurable, executable, and verifiable.
